This Billing & Refund Policy explains how payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for StudyingNurse paid plans. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We aim to be clear and fair — please read it before purchasing.
1. Free Preview Before You Pay
We offer a free preview with real questions and full rationales, no credit card required. The free preview exists so you can evaluate the quality and format of our content before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to use it before purchasing.
2. Billing
- Prices and plan durations are shown at checkout, in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Access to paid content is granted once payment is confirmed by our payment processor.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction unless we state that tax is included.
3. Renewal and Cancellation
Plans are sold for a fixed period (for example, 30 or 90 days) and do not automatically renew. When the period ends, access stops unless you purchase again. You will not be charged again automatically.
4. Refunds
Because paid plans deliver immediate access to digital content, they are non-refundable once the content has been unlocked, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated below.
We may, at our discretion, consider a refund in cases such as:
- A duplicate or accidental charge
- A technical fault on our side that prevented you from accessing the content you paid for, which we were unable to resolve
- Any case where a refund is required by the consumer-protection laws that apply to you
To request a refund, email support@studyingnurse.com with your account email and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Pass Guarantee
The Pass Guarantee applies to the specific plan(s) that advertise it (the NCLEX Premium plans), and only if you meet all eligibility conditions below:
- Qualifying activity. You must complete the defined program before your exam — for example: complete at least 80% of the NCLEX question bank in your plan, finish all assigned practice tests, and complete at least two (2) CAT-style simulations. Completion is measured from your activity on the platform.
- Exam window. You must take your actual NCLEX-RN exam within sixty (60) days of completing the program, and while your plan is or was active.
- Claim window. If you complete the program and do not pass, you must email us your official result within 30 days of receiving it.
- Remedy. Eligible claims receive a full refund of the price you paid for the plan.
- Exclusions. The guarantee does not apply if the qualifying activity was not completed, if your official results are not provided within the claim window, or to free, trial, or heavily discounted plans.
The full Pass Guarantee terms, once published here, will govern any guarantee claim.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we can usually resolve billing issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
