Getting started

Yes. The free preview gives you real questions with full rationales, no credit card required. We recommend trying it before you subscribe so you can judge the content for yourself.
Instead of a flat pile of questions, the platform gives you a guided path. Questions are organized into tests by topic, with an always-visible "next step" so you never have to wonder where to start. Questions you miss are saved to a review bank and re-served until you get them right.
The platform works in any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, or phone — there's nothing to install.

Our content

Questions are authored and then reviewed by licensed nurses on our team before they're published. We don't show you content that hasn't been reviewed. Our reviewers' credentials are shown on the questions they've reviewed.
No — and no legitimate prep service uses real exam questions, which are confidential. Our questions are modeled on the real exam formats and content areas so you practice the same kind of reasoning, but they are original study material, not actual test items.
Yes. Our NCLEX content includes Next Generation item types — select-all-that-apply, cloze (drop-down), ordering, and unfolding case studies — built around the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model the current exam uses.
Please tell us — corrections from users are genuinely valuable and we act on them. Use our contact page and choose "Reporting an error in a question." Accuracy is the thing we care most about, so this kind of feedback helps everyone.
We release content by exam and topic as each set completes nurse review, starting with NCLEX. Status labels on the site show what's live now and what's coming, so you always know what you're getting before you pay.

About the exams

The NCLEX-RN is a computer-adaptive test of 85 to 150 questions. Because it adapts to your performance, the exact number varies by candidate — it ends once the system can determine with confidence whether you meet the passing standard. This includes 18 questions across three Next Gen case studies, plus some unscored pilot items. The current test plan runs from April 2026 through 2029.
The NCLEX is pass/fail — there's no percentage score. It uses computer-adaptive testing: the exam continues until it can determine with about 95% certainty that you're either above or below the passing standard, then stops. You won't get a numeric grade, just a pass or fail result.
